On April 22nd, Koyote’s Kim Jong Min released his music video teaser for his debut solo track, “Oppa, Find Strength“!
Contrary to the material that people thought he’d come out with, Kim Jong Min delved deep to deliver an emotional piece for his solo debut. The teaser sees him dressed as a Pierrot in ‘Two Face’ fashion, but what’s especially disturbing is the narration that plays over a solemn piano melody.
Voices of hate lash out against a wounded Kim Jong Min, representing the criticisms he’s received over the years: “Is that Kim Jong Min? Who cares about him?” “Kim Jong Min, you #(*)@(#*&)#(*$”, “Forget it, you’re no good”, “I hate him so much, I wish he’d never appear on TV”, “You’re really not funny, okay? I don’t want to see your face anymore!”
Composed and written by Disk Brothers, his title track is said to have an antique sound with a unique intro by an electronic organ. His agency explained that the lyrics will represent the mind of a pop star, with a guest rap from Dalmatian’s Day Day.
His single will drop on the 26th.
