4minute’s HyunA makes a surprise visit to a fan with disabilities

Lee Gyun Do, who gained nationwide fame for walking 600km from Busan to Seoul, had a surprising meeting with 4minute’s HyunA.

A recent episode of KBS’s “Yeo Yu Man Man” documented the teenager with a developmental disability and his father’s ‘beautiful challenge’. The two successfully arrived in Seoul after a month, and took a nice short break in the city.

Lee Gyun Do, who revealed himself as being a big fan of 4minute’s, sang along to their songs and attended their signing session in Seoul.

HyunA surprised Lee Gyun Do by giving him a signed CD and even gave him a hug, making his wishes come true.

He commented, “I feel very very good. I fulfilled my wishes today.”

HyunA responded, “I’m very thankful that you made time to come and see me, and I hope you don’t get sick from now on. Let’s see each other again. Thank you.”

HyunA talks about college life

4minute’s HyunA shared her new journey as a college student.

HyunA just enrolled as a freshman at Konkuk University this year and is currently majoring in the arts.

She said,

“At first, I was really worried. Since I’m a student and a celebrity, I thought, ‘What if they don’t view me in a nice way?’ Thankfully, professors and my fellow students are really nice to me and college life has been going well. I’ve been learning a lot of new things and it’s fun to discover new things. When I don’t have scheduled activities, I always go to school. Because of our recent comeback however, I’ve been too busy to go to school. The professors have been really understanding about it. I’m very thankful of that.“

HyunA is currently in the midst of “Mirror Mirror” promotions with 4minute.
